3. Vehicle Listings

All vehicle listings on this website are for information purposes only. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, specifications, prices, or availability are error-free or current at the time of viewing.

Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice. A vehicle is only considered sold when a formal sale agreement has been signed by both parties.

4. Enquiries & Purchases

Submitting an enquiry via our contact form or vehicle listing does not constitute a purchase order or reservation. No contract of sale exists until both parties have signed a formal sale agreement and any required deposit has been received.

We reserve the right to withdraw any vehicle from sale at any time prior to a signed agreement.

5. Online Reservations (£99)

You may ask us to reserve a vehicle online for a £99 fee. A reservation request placed through this website is a request — it is not confirmed until we have contacted you, taken the fee and confirmed your reservation and viewing appointment personally.

• The £99 fee is a holding fee. It is not a deposit towards the price of the car and it does not come off the purchase price.
• The fee is fully refundable if you decide not to proceed with the purchase.
• While a reservation is in place we will hold the vehicle so you can arrange a viewing, part exchange or finance.
• A reservation is not a purchase and creates no obligation on either side to complete a sale.

6. Vehicle Delivery

For purchases where you cannot easily collect the car, we can arrange for a purchased vehicle to be transported directly to your chosen address, anywhere in mainland UK, using a fully insured transport service. Delivery is arranged case by case — availability, timing and any applicable costs are always confirmed with you in writing before anything is arranged.

7. Payment Methods

We accept payment by bank transfer and card, and finance can be arranged where you choose to use it. Whichever method you use, every payment is confirmed with you in writing before any money changes hands. We will never ask for payment to an account whose details have not been confirmed with you directly and in writing.

8. Cover

Eligible vehicles are supplied with 30 days of additional mechanical protection from the date of purchase, at no extra cost to you. This cover is provided in addition to — not instead of — your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The exact terms and eligibility criteria of the cover are confirmed with you at the point of sale.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Alliance Enterprise UK. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial browsing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alliance Enterprise UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on any information contained within it.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to this website and accept no liability for any downtime, technical issues, or data loss.
